2025 Lodging Rates
*All new reservations will open by May.

***All rates are based on arriving Monday and departing Sunday.
- Grace Hall - $235 (The accessibility needs application is closed with no exceptions.)
- Grace Hall waitlist individuals will be assigned a room in April. If there are any openings, only individuals who were on the waitlist and did not make it will be offered an open room.
- Witzel Hall - $225
- Conference Tent - $120
- $5/cot add-on
- $10/mattress add-on
- RV Full Hookup - $225 (includes water, sewer, and electricity)
- RV Partial Hookup - $190 (includes water and electricity)
- RV Dry - $100 (No hookups)
- U-Pitch Tent - $25
- Pet Fee - $50 (This fee does not include registered service animals. All pets--including service animals--must be registered with Guest Services to ensure guest and pet safety.)
****Please note that our reservation rates have increased. If your reservation was booked prior to this change, your reservation was secured at the previous rate. However, the updated rate will apply upon check-in, and any difference in pricing will need to be paid before your arrival is finalized.

Dorm/Tent Living
Prohibited items:
- Electricity to tents except handicap tents for CPAP or scooter charging
- Lighters, matches, or extension cords
- Candles, incense, or any open flame, heaters, or irons
- Toasters/toaster ovens or crockpots, electric fry pans, or hot plates
- Dorms: refrigerators must be mini/compact.
- No cooking is allowed in dorm rooms or tents other than a microwave (dorms only). Do not rinse food down bathroom sinks or clean dirty dishes in the boys' or girls' dorm bathrooms.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00PM - 6:30AM.

Parking/Speed
- Full Hookups: GREEN lot
- Partial Hookups: BLUE lot
- Conference Tent: BLUE lot
- U-Pitch Tent: RED lot
- Handicap: State permit required
- Overflow/visitor parking: Spady Hall (no permit required)
- Temporary permits can be acquired from Security.
- All motorized vehicles have a speed limit of 5 mph.
Child Supervision
Supervision of your child must be maintained at all times by a responsible adult. Do not leave children unattended on campus at any time.
Pet Policy
All pets and service animals must be declared at Guest Services for the safety of the pet and guests. There are designated areas for use. Fee: $50/pet.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items may be taken to Security.
Photo/Video Consent
By attending Camp Meeting, you grant Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists implied consent to photograph and record you for promotional and testimonial purposes. To opt out, please inform each photographer and videographer when approached.
2026 Reservations
Reservations for 2026 will begin on Thursday, June 19. Grace Hall is unable to be reserved for 2026. An eligibility form must be filled out to qualify for the waitlist. U-Pitch sites are unable to be reserved ahead of time for 2026 due to construction projects.
