Grace Hall dorm rooms are not able to be reserved online, and the waitlist is full at this time.
BY PHONE
Call 253.681.6008 to reserve a site.
Once you have made a reservation, you will not be able to change your reservation details yourself. If you need to change your reservation, add on amenities, or cancel your reservation, please reach out to the office for assistance.
ADA Conference Tents
There are specific ADA accessible sites for those who require electricity for medical purposes, like a CPAP machine.
You must have a disabled plate or placard on you vehicle in order to use these site, or a qualifying medical need.
Reservations for these sites must be made by calling 253.681.6008 to complete the reservation.
Buddy Sites
If your RV is larger than the site limits, we provide a second site at no cost, but there are charges for additional footage over 20 feet at $5/foot.
If you need a second site, please reach out to the office via phone 253.681.6008 or email guests@waconference.org for assistance. You may want to choose a site that has an open space next to it, or you may be moved to accommodate the size of your RV if your initial site won't work.
We are happy to assist if you have any questions about buddy sites.
Your CampLife Account
We have moved to using CampLife for reservations. If you have not used the system before, please refer to the information below on setting up an account (orange) or logging into an account (blue) that has been created for you using your email address.

If a reservation has not been made for you, and you are accessing the site for the first time, you will need to follow the steps above (orange) to create a new account.

Reservations for 2026 will open on Thursday, June 19.
